Delivery terms

The delivery cost is a separate cost. It will be added to your invoice after order confirmation. You can pay it together with a final invoice.

Normally, the approximal delivery cost to European Union, UK and Ireland:

small parcel with weight till 1 kg - 9 Euro
small parcel with weight 1 - 2 kg - 12 Euro
big parcel till 31,5 kg - 41,99 Euro

Normally, the approximal delivery cost to USA, Australia, Canada UK by Latvian Post:

small parcel with weight till 1 kg - 11,08 Euro
small parcel with weight 1 - 2 kg - 16,15 Euro
big parcel - could be checked additionally

Normally, the approximal delivery cost inside Latvia (Sūtījumi pa Latviju / Доставка по Латвии) :

Size M: 19 x 38 x 64 cm (weight till 30 kg) - 3,88 Euro
Size L: 39 x 38 x 64 cm (weight till 30 kg) - 4,88 Euro

Our Store offers several delivery options:

courier;
local pickup;
postamates (DPD, Omniva, Venipack and etc);
Post (Latvian and etc).

Express delivery

You can order the delivery of goods by courier, who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays and Saturdays from 9.00 to 19.00. The courier service, after the goods arrive at the warehouse, will contact you and offer you to choose a convenient delivery time. Specify the address.

Pickup from the store

You can pick up the goods in one of the stores by agreeing the possibility with our store. Your friend or relative who knows the number and name to whom it is issued can pick up the purchase.

Postamat

Postamat is a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up the order at any convenient time.

How to work with a post office:

a unique code will be sent to your phone or e-mail, which means that the goods have been delivered to the parcel terminal;
you come to the post office, enter the received code and follow the instructions of the machine;
pay for the order at the postamat terminal;

If your city does not have a courier service and parcel lockers, then you can order delivery via mail. Immediately upon the arrival of the goods, a notice of the parcel will be sent to your address.
